Job Description

Tidy Casa only hires the best. We hold our teams to a high standard.

Our home cleaning providers are responsible for not only cleaning our customer’s homes including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other living spaces.

They must also provide top-notch customer service and are held to Tidy Casa’s standards of cleaning.

It involves teamwork, communication, being on time, being honest, and the ability to provide great customer service.

Requirements

• Prior professional and paid home cleaning experience
• Access to the Internet, mobile phone, and a car
• At least one member of the team can speak and read English
• Authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check
• Have a partner to work with
• Customer service skills: Don’t need experience just need to be good with people. 🙂
• Access to the internet at least once a day to receive jobs

Where we’re currently hiring

We’re now looking for fantastic home cleaners in Phoenix, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Peoria, Oro Valley, and Tucson. We clean throughout the greater Phoenix Metro and Tucson Metro Areas. That said when giving cleaning jobs we’ll always keep you as close to home as possible and keep drive times down. There’s already enough driving in this business, and there’s no need to drive halfway across town to clean a house.
