New Staff On-Boarding

Make sure the new staff member is ready to get started. 🙂

The new staff member will need to bring two forms of ID. Either driver’s license, SS Card, or birth certificate. A valid US Passport is also acceptable.

  • Have we collected the team accurate mailing address?
  • Start Date and Availability

  • MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • What days will you be available to work?
  • Kick-Off Tasks

  • Has the background check been completed?
  • Have they been setup in Insperity?
  • Have they been setup in Launch 27?
  • Have they been set up with a company email address?
  • Have they been set up on the company's ticket system?
  • Have we added them to our Google Docs?

  • Does the team have a copy of our quality checklist?
  • Have we given or ordered phones, computers and everything else they need?
  • Make sure they're in the correct Ring Groups and call recording is enabled.
