Tidy Casa Gift Card Policy

Tidy Casa's Gift Card Policy TL:DR;

A few quick notes before you buy.

• Good for 6 years: From the day you buy it.
• Use it across multiple cleanings: The balance stays on the card until it's gone. Leftover balance doesn't expire until the card does.
• Anyone can be the recipient: Use it for yourself or gift the cleaning to someone else. Just make sure they're in our service area before you buy.
• Changed your mind? Full refund within 90 days of purchase.
• One card per cleaning: Gift cards can't be stacked with other gift cards, coupons, or credits (recurring-service discounts are fine).
• No cash value: Cards can't be cashed out (except the 90-day refund).

Digital-only
Tidy Casa gift cards are issued electronically and tied to an email address. No physical cards are produced, and cards cannot be lost or stolen.

Activation and expiration
Gift cards are automatically issued and activated on the purchase date. Cards expire six (6) years from the purchase date and cannot be redeemed after expiration. Any remaining balance at expiration will be handled in accordance with applicable Arizona law.

Balance and usage
Gift card balances carry over across multiple services until the balance is used or the card expires. A card does not need to be used in a single transaction. If services cost less than the card balance, the remainder stays on the card for future use. (Example: A $200 card used for $150 of services leaves a $50 balance available for later use.)

No cash back
Except as provided in the Refunds section below, gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and balances are not paid out as cash.

Combining gift cards
Gift cards cannot be combined with other gift cards. Only one gift card may be applied to a single service.

Combining with discounts and promotions
Gift cards can be applied alongside recurring service discounts. Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or account credits.

Transfers and use
Gift cards cannot be transferred to another person once purchased. However, a gift card may be used to pay for any service, including a service for someone other than the cardholder.

Service-area and service-type limits
Gift cards can only be redeemed for services that Tidy Casa offers, at addresses within Tidy Casa’s active service area. A gift card cannot be redeemed for services outside our service area or for service types we do not provide. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the intended recipient is within our service area before purchasing.

Fraud and chargebacks
Tidy Casa reserves the right to void or deactivate any gift card obtained fraudulently or in which the original purchase payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back. Voided cards have no value and cannot be redeemed.

Refunds
Gift cards are refundable within ninety (90) days of the purchase date, for example, if the intended recipient is outside Tidy Casa’s service area. After 90 days, gift cards are non-refundable.

Changes to this policy
Tidy Casa may update this policy at any time. The terms in effect at the time a gift card is purchased govern that card. Purchase of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
