Why Are We Doing a 200% Guarantee?
We wouldn’t give a 200% satisfaction guarantee if we didn’t think you were going to love our service. We’re so confident you’ll love the cleaning we’re putting our money where our mouth is.
Whats the Guarantee?
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our service, Tidy Casa will come back and get anything we missed. If you’re still not happy we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
That’s how confident we are you’ll love us enough to recommend us to all your friends.
What’s the Catch?
There’s no catch, we stick by our guarantee and want to make you happy no matter what the cost.
The only thing we ask is, you tell us right away when something was missed.
All re-cleanings and refunds need to happen within 5-days of the original service. We appreciate the chance to make things right with a re-cleaning before any refunds. Per our policy, we can’t issue any refunds without doing a re-cleaning first.
In addition, we won’t be able to offer a refund or a re-cleaning if you try and hire our teams independently of Tidy Casa, are offensive or abusive to our teams, or you didn’t have running water or power during the time of the initial cleaning.
Our goal is to be the best cleaning company in the valley and we can’t do that without your feedback! Make sure we know as soon as you do when something was missed so we can make it right!
