Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Credit is valid for existing and new Tidy Casa customers with a completed survey submission.
Limit: One (1) $50 credit per household. Credit cannot be combined with other promotional credits, discounts, or offers.
Use: Credit may only be applied toward a standard home cleaning booked through Tidy Casa. Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or tips.
Expiration: Credit is valid through January 1, 2025. After this date, unused credits will expire.
Transferability: Credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or given away.

Eligibility: Giveaway is open to survey participants who are at least 18 years old and residents within Tidy Casa’s service area.
Entry: Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries from the same person or household will be disqualified.
Winners: Three (3) winners will be selected at random.
Announcement: Winners will be announced on October 30, 2025 via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at entry.
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) complimentary deep cleaning service from Tidy Casa. Prize must be scheduled within 90 days of winner notification.
Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other services. Standard Tidy Casa service terms apply.
Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
